At DK Bicycles, we stand behind our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging to ensure you have the best riding experience possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the bicycle components or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in new, resellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
