How will my bicycle be delivered?
All DK Bicycles are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a secure, reinforced box. You will only need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. Basic tools and a step-by-step assembly guide are included with every order.
What is your return policy for bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bicycle in its original packaging. Please note that the bike must be in 'like-new' condition, and a restocking fee may apply for items with visible wear.
Do DK Bicycles come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, handlebars, and drivetrains are covered under a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
